• Same-Day Processing Cutoff: Orders received before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) are processed and enter production the same business day.
• Orders After 2:00 PM: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
• Proof Approval (Custom Artwork): If your order requires artwork proofing or custom setup, the same-day processing timeline begins once your proof is approved.

• Free 3-Day Shipping: We proudly offer FREE 3-Day Shipping on all standard orders within the contiguous United States.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Total delivery time is typically 3 business days from the date your order ships.
• Expedited Shipping: Need your signs even faster? Accelerated shipping options are available at checkout.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an immediate email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
• Shipping Notification & Tracking: Once your package is scanned by our carrier, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery step-by-step.

• School & District Addresses: We regularly deliver directly to school main offices, receiving docks, and administrative buildings. Please ensure your shipping address includes specific instructions (e.g., Attn: Main Office / Dock 2) if required by your receiving staff.
• P.O. Boxes: Large signage or bulk sign orders may ship via carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) that require a physical street address and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We pack every sign with care to ensure safe arrival. In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged:

• Please take photos of the damaged packaging and signs.
• Contact our support team immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will rush a replacement to you right away!
